By accessing the application, clicking into our conversion pipeline, or interacting with our local workspace, you explicitly agree to be contractually bound by these Terms. You contractually represent and warrant that you will use this application for completely lawful purposes. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, inject malicious code into, or extract the underlying compiled WebAssembly modules or proprietary UI code powering the browser engine.
• Redistribute, replicate, sell, or sublicense the client-side code or API structures of the Service without explicit written permission.
• Use the Service to process, transcode, or manifest content that actively infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Weaponize automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or malicious browser macros to simulate conversions, stress-test our edge hosting, or intentionally disrupt site stability and ad viewability networks.

4. User Assets, Intellectual Property, and Backup Indemnity

You retain full, exclusive ownership of any 3D models, textures, animations, or geometry configurations you pass through our client-side environment. We assert zero rights, claims, or data tracking over your intellectual property. Because our application functions locally and does not upload your files to any external storage node, you bear sole, absolute responsibility for keeping independent, un-altered backups of all your source assets on your native device. 3D Model Converter is not liable for data loss, corrupted files, or asset destruction occurring due to client-side system memory spikes or browser tab crashes.

5. Proprietary Rights and App Infrastructure

The branding, visual layout, color schemes, custom iconography, domains, and core WebAssembly integration logic are the exclusive proprietary property of the operators of 3D Model Converter and are protected under international copyright and trademark protections. These Terms do not yield any rights or claims over our brand assets to you.

6. Third-Party Links, Content, and Ad Tracking

The Service incorporates integrated advertising frames and external hypertext links handled by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense). We do not evaluate, control, warrant, or assume liability for the accuracy, reliability, safety, or legal compliance of the commercial advertisements, products, or external sites linked within those frames. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE CONVERSION pipeline WILL PROCESS HUGE OR HIGH-DENSITY MESHES WITHOUT LOCAL RAM LIMITATIONS, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT THE OUTPUT WILL DISPLAY IDENTICALLY ACROSS EXTERNAL PROPRIETARY ENGINES.

8. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONAL LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 3D MODEL CONVERTER, ITS OPERATORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. THIS ENCOMPASSES DAMAGES FOR THE LOSS OF PRODUCTION PROFITS, CORRUPTION OF DESIGN ASSETS, OPERATIONAL SYSTEM CRASHES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR ULTIMATE AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NEVER EXCEED EXACTLY $10.00 USD.
